RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your kids don’t like it? Are you Sure? Let’s double check. No sweat, we’ll make sure you still have loads of fun.

Please return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. We can offer you a refund, exchange, or in-store credit providing that:

Goods need to be unopened, unused, in their original condition, with their original receipt of purchase. You will be responsible for the return postage costs. Once received back, only the price of the item will be refunded.  

Please email us at fun@sandycrabtoystore.com as soon as you can or within the 30 days of receiving the item so we can resolve the issue.

FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Sandy Crab Toy Store is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy.

Sandy Crab Toy Store may elect to return the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.
Sandy Crab Toy Store reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
